You can start your A1-level roadmap with either True Beginners or Advanced Beginners — both are part of the complete A1 foundation. Many students choose based on their schedule or comfort level, and our instructors help ensure you’re prepared for A2 once both are complete.

Course Description
This 20-hour group course will help you expand your vocabulary, improve sentence structure, and gain confidence in conversations through cultural immersion in Puerto Rico.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
✔ Describe people, places, and things in greater detail
✔ Use common verbs in different contexts (ser, estar, tener, ir, hacer)
✔ Engage in everyday conversations like shopping, discussing hobbies, and making plans
✔ Improve pronunciation, fluency, and listening comprehension
✔ Strengthen grammar skills and expand your vocabulary
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

Our immersive communicative approach means you’ll be speaking Spanish from day one. Classes are taught almost entirely in Spanish to maximize your exposure and fluency. We follow a Flipped Classroom model, so you’ll review short materials at home before each session, leaving class time for real conversation and guided practice.

Terms & Enrollment Policies
By enrolling in this course, you agree to the terms of our enrollment policy:
- Adult courses with fewer than four students may be reduced in hours:
- 10 total hours for 1 student
- 15 total hours for 2–3 students
- 20 total hours for 4 or more students
- Students are eligible for a course credit valid for 365 days for the full amount they paid for the course.
This credit is available only to students who withdraw at least 7 days prior to the start of the class.
We are unable to provide cash refunds for student withdrawals. - Once a course has started, same-semester transfers can only be made if the student is in the wrong level.
Same-level transfers, course credits, or refunds will not be allowed once the course has begun.
