Club Description
The Conversation Club is a weekly speaking club designed to help Spanish learners from A2 to C1 build fluency, confidence, and vocabulary through structured conversation and debate. Each 60-minute session provides a supportive, engaging environment where students practice expressing opinions, analyzing perspectives, and responding naturally in Spanish.
Sessions follow a consistent format that includes a warm-up and essential vocabulary, useful expressions, guided discussion or debate, and final reflections. Topics are carefully selected to encourage meaningful conversation while allowing students to apply grammar and vocabulary in a real-world, communicative context. The club is ideal for students who want to speak more, think in Spanish, and gain confidence interacting with others at varying proficiency levels.

Weekly Topics
Each week focuses on a new conversation theme, giving students regular opportunities to practice Spanish across a wide range of contexts. Topics rotate throughout the year and include both everyday themes and thought-provoking social issues, ensuring variety and continued growth.

Students are provided with session materials in advance, including guiding questions and key vocabulary, so they can come prepared to participate fully.

- Health, mental health, and well-being
- Money, work, and professional life
- Education, university life, and career paths
- Climate, environment, and global issues
- Crime, public policy, and social challenges
- Culture, traditions, and celebrations
- Travel, geography, and Spanish-speaking countries
- Personal opinions, identity, and self-expression
- Grammar-in-context topics such as gustar, past tenses, conditionals, and the subjunctive

What if I Miss a Class?
No worries! All of our clubs are designed with flexibility in mind. These are drop-in style events, so there’s no required order and no long-term commitment. You can sign up à la carte, attending only the sessions that work with your schedule. Each class stands on its own with a self-contained theme, so you’ll never feel behind. Just sign up for the weeks you want, join when you can, and enjoy learning Spanish on your terms.

Terms & Enrollment Policies
If you are unable to make a session, you can reschedule your event by clicking on VIEW APPOINTMENT DETAILS LINK in your confirmation email within 24 hours of the start of the lesson. No rescheduling or refunds will be made for no-shows or individuals who failed to provide a 24 hour notice.
