Job Description: Prepare and customize Spanish-language lesson plans for one-on-one lessons with students based on their needs and interests; Create Spanish-language curricula and courses for students of all ages and levels for other teachers to utilize; Conduct interactive Spanish-language lessons for students of all ages and proficiency levels using teaching methodologies; Write post-lesson emails to students after each class; Track student attendance and retention rate; Impart lesson plans and course materials during indicated time frames; Evaluate students’ Spanish language skills to determine starting levels and progress; Track and monitor student progress and provide follow-up support; Manage marketing efforts to boost class enrollment through creating newsletters and promotional materials to share via email and on major social media platforms.
Requires: Bachelor’s degree in education, linguistics, Spanish or related field or equivalent foreign degree. 12 months of Spanish language teaching experienced required; 12 months of experience designing Spanish language curricula required. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Zoom required.
