Gente Hoy (B2-C1)
Gente Hoy is a 20-hour group course designed to refine vocabulary, listening, writing, and speaking skills through real-world applications. This dynamic, immersive course blends practical communication skills, cultural exploration, and structured linguistic refinement, helping you gain mastery of the Spanish language in a natural and engaging way. Specific materials will be chosen based on the specific needs and levels of our students, making this one of our most personalized courses on offer!
Prior to enrolling, students must have tested into the B2 level, be fairly proficient in the indicative tenses (non-subjunctive) and ready to focus on the subjunctive.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
➡️ Understand and analyze complex texts on cultural, social, and abstract topics
➡️ Engage in spontaneous, fluent conversations with native speakers
➡️ Use advanced vocabulary and expressions to communicate ideas effectively
➡️ Master complex grammatical structures, including advanced subjunctive use
➡️ Develop listening skills through authentic Spanish videos and audios
➡️ Write clear, well-structured essays and compositions in Spanish
➡️ Give engaging, well-organized presentations on cultural and historical topics
