Oral Stories of Latin America (B2-C1)
Oral Stories of Latin America is a 20-hour, discussion-based course designed for students who want to improve their fluency, comprehension, and critical thinking skills while exploring real-world issues across Latin America. Through authentic audio materials, debates, and cultural analysis, students will enhance their listening and speaking abilities while deepening their understanding of social, political, and historical realities in the region.
Each week, students will engage with a new country and theme, listening to Spanish-language podcasts, analyzing stories, and debating pressing topics such as migration, corruption, crime, and cultural identity. This course emphasizes oral fluency, spontaneous speech, and persuasive argumentation, making it ideal for learners looking to develop confidence in advanced Spanish conversations.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
