Exploring the Unknown (B1)
Many Spanish learners struggle with grammar structures they don’t think about but absolutely need to master—such as direct and indirect object pronouns, relative pronouns, the vast uses of "se" and "lo," diminutives and augmentatives, and verbal periphrasis. Exploring the Unknown is a 20-hour group course designed to demystify these tricky concepts and help you apply them accurately and naturally in conversation and writing.
Prior to enrolling, students must have tested into the B1 level and be able to conjugate irregular -ar, -er, and -ir verbs in the present tense.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

➡️ Differentiate and correctly apply relative pronouns such as que, lo que, quien, quienes
➡️ Master the many uses of "se" and "lo" to express impersonal statements, reflexivity, and emphasis

➡️ Form and understand complex sentence structures that enhance fluency
➡️ Speak, read, and write in all indicative tenses with greater confidence
