Course Description
Many Spanish learners struggle with grammar structures they don’t think about but absolutely need to master—such as direct and indirect object pronouns, relative pronouns, the vast uses of "se" and "lo," diminutives and augmentatives, and verbal periphrasis. Exploring the Unknown is a 20-hour group course designed to demystify these tricky concepts and help you apply them accurately and naturally in conversation and writing.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
✔ Confidently use direct, indirect, and double object pronouns in speech and writing
✔ Differentiate and correctly apply relative pronouns such as que, lo que, quien, quienes
✔ Master the many uses of "se" and "lo" to express impersonal statements, reflexivity, and emphasis
✔ Use diminutives and augmentatives to add nuance to descriptions
✔ Apply verbal periphrasis to communicate actions with greater precision
✔ Form and understand complex sentence structures that enhance fluency
✔ Speak, read, and write in all indicative tenses with greater confidence
