Ser or Estar (A2)
This is a vocabulary building class that will significantly increase the student's overall lexicon on all matters related to the verbs ser and estar. Students will learn how to differentiate between these two pesky verbs when talking about professions, personal characteristics, telling time, family members, location, conditions and emotions, what's happening in the moment and nationalities.
This is a task-based class that will teach students how to achieve specific objectives, such as meeting someone for the first time, renting an apartment in a Spanish speaking country, giving and following directions to a tourist attraction, creating an advertising campaign, talking about daily routines, interviewing potential employees and much more!

In this communicative course, students will learn how to correctly use common irregular and stem-changing verbs in the present tense, talk about the things that they like and dislike, use the present progressive tense to describe what they are doing at this moment, use reflexive pronouns to compare routine tasks, and use superlative adjectives to make comparisons.
