How big are the classes?
Small on purpose. Classes are capped at 10 students, with a few priority Roadmap seats held beyond that, and the session length scales with the group so everyone gets to speak.
Are courses online or in person?
Both. Most courses run online over Zoom and in person at our Falls Church studio. You pick the section that fits your schedule when you enroll.
Do I need the Level Placement Test?
If you are new to us, yes, and it is the fastest way to find the right starting level. It is free and takes a few minutes. Current students move up by passing each Level Exit Exam.
How long is a course?
Each group course is 20 hours, spread over about 10 weeks. A full Roadmap is four courses across the year, which moves you through a level.
What exactly is the Roadmap?
It bundles credits for all four of your level's courses at the best rate, holds a priority seat in each, and includes free monthly club credits. You book each course yourself, in any order. We never auto-enroll you.
What is your refund policy?
Withdraw at least 7 days before a course starts and you keep a course credit good for 365 days. We do not offer cash refunds for withdrawals. If we ever cancel a course, you get a full refund or an alternative.
