This class is intended for those who have conquered the indicative tenses and are ready to learn how to express doubt, uncertainty, wishes, wants and desires with the present subjunctive tense.
This class is great for people who want to improve their communication skills and increase their vocabulary through intelligent and fun group debates while studying the culture of Spanish speakers around the world. Students should already be fairly comfortable with all of the indicative tenses and somewhat familiar with the subjunctive tenses before enrolling.
This class will review the four indicative past tenses, the present subjunctive and the various uses of the imperfect subjunctive through the viewing of short films and class discussion. You will also learn how to distinguish between por and para and use si clauses to talk about real, and hypothetical conditions.
